I have a Alcatel raven lt model A547bl model. I see that they hardly sell these phones anymore. but my question is why is my phone running hot as well as now it wont charge. I checked the port battery and phone itself no corrosion and it just wont charge anymore. Also can I use this sim card in any other alcatel cell phone
Hi @huneybee , It could be a faulty battery so try replacing it (supplier example only) and check if it now charges and works OK Here’s a link that gives details and possible problems about using the SIM card in another phone if it is a TracFone SIM card
