Hold volume up and down sigh the power button
I had the same issue when I tried the factory reset, then tried to reboot it from the factory screen. “No Command” over a little android guy. Still trying another solution….
Try to do what it says leonardostar and if it does not work, in a Micro SD memory download the operating system your phone and restore it with the same .
