Bluetooth only works up to 24 inches away from me. Then cuts out.
Hi @ricko2365 , Do you have the same problems when using WiFi? If so perhaps the WiFi/BT antennas (or just one - they are used in conjunction with each other) have become disconnected from the motherboard. Here’s a link to the ifixit Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Motherboard Replacement guide. At Step.9 in the guide the antennas are shown. Hopefully this is of some help.
