I bought this Acer Aspire 5 four weeks ago and from day 2, it has been randomly cutting out from wi fi. And the list of connections to re-connect, disappears. I rang ACER and they gave me several steps to do a “hard refresh” but keeps happening! No other devices are nearby, and all have no isues with the wi fi at these times. When I get wi fi back, all my open tabs etc are closed and have to open everything again from scratch in the middle of doing my work! So frustrating!
Ring Acer again and ask them about the best Wi-Fi radio settings for your particular situation.
