I have tried everything possible to attempt to fix this issue, factory resets deleting all data wiping cache going into safe mode hard/soft resets and nothing works, a bought the phone a few days ago and it doesnt have a single scratch so it can’t be the hardware unless Three sold me a faulty phone which i highly doubt

Make sure you took the plastic cover off the screen just in case. Make sure you are you using the tip of your finger not your fingernail.If it is still not taking input its probably a faulty unit. Just take it back into the store and ask for a new one. Should still be under warranty if they do not accept it back so Samsung should be able to help you if it comes to that
