My indicator light stays off and the brush roll doesn’t function. I removed the roll and disassembled it. No blockages, everything clean, wires are good, position switch working properly. Performed wiring checks, beyond possible high resistance through the circuit board no issues noted. Can find no information on how much voltage should be being supplied to the brush roll. Or what proper resistance readings should be. Checked voltage at where the brush roll connects to the base. Vacuum on 7V with or without pressing the latch switch to imitate the bottom being connected unsure what proper voltage should be.
Hi there , I recommend calling the manufacturer for support as they have their engineers who designed them and who can help you on the phone line
