Chosen Solution
I have been having a problem with none of my cameras and flashlight working on iphone 7plus. So I tried putting my screen and cameras on a different iphone 7 plus and they work so I know its not a hardware problem, I tried restoring iphone but no luck nothing still works right now i’am on ios 13.3. I’am out of ideas as to why the cameras and flashlight doesnt work maybe someone knows what the problem may be.
It sounds like it could be an issue with your motherboard, the iPhone 7 and 7+ were quite susceptible to board damage due to flexing and it often caused issues relating to the camera. If possible you should take it to a repair shop that is capable of doing board-level repairs.
