It has a new water pump, head gasket, radiator and ratiator cap. There are no leaks but it’s still losing coolant causing it to overheat…what do I do next?

You have air trapped in the cooling system. You need to run the engine up to operating temperature (195 degrees) so the thermostat opens up and turn the heater on full heat, full fan. This will purge all the air into the radiator where it can be purged. If you do not have the special funnel, it will run out on to the ground, but it is necessary to get all the air out. Once you get the big air bubble out, shut down the engine and let it cool. Top off the radiator and overflow tank with fresh coolant and close up the system. Check the overflow tank when completely cool. Top off and you are done.

Watch Youtube videos on how to purge the air from the coolant system. Also, make sure the radiator fan is coming on and staying on by listening for it to come on. If the fan does not come on after the engine warms up the engine will overheat and blow antifreeze out the overflow tank. If the overflow tank gets empty every time the engine cools off it will suck air into the coolant system.
