I have had it plugged in for 24 hours & it has been either: • Reducing the battery while charging. • Keeping it at the same percentage. • Giving it one percent in like 4 hours
- It has been stuck on 9% for going on 6 hours & I am unable to take it off of the charger or it drains from 9% then dies within 2 minutes of me not using it?
Hi Trinity McQueston ! If you are using the original charger it is definitely a faulty battery from itself. Check by using another charger and if the problem continuous you must change the battery.
