Chosen Solution
So I went to charge my phone and it didnt work so i tried it with another charger and it still didnt work. So i shut down my phone and when i turned it on again it said it was charging (and therefore i couldnt fully turn it on) however it wasnt on charge. I managed to turn it on once and it still wldnt charge then it shut itself down and said it was charging when it wasn’t again. it will charge when it is off but not when it is on. What is wrong with it? I need to use my phone tomorrow so this is urgent!!!!!!
well hopefully it is only a power issue. if it says it is charging while off then try to leave it off and charging for like an hour. are you using the same cord that the phone came with? sometimes these phones are finicky about the cords and charger. sometimes if you are not using the factory ones it will only get a trickle charge which is not enough to sustain it while it is on. so try to leave it on the charge for an hour while it is off and see if that helps. also try to get a better quality cord and charger and see if that also helps. i hope your issue is resolved soon
