Chosen Solution
I have a Ninja Coffee Maker and the Classic Brew button does not function when I press the button.
This is incredibly dumb but it worked for me. After cleaning it multiple times with no luck, I found that if I set a delay brew function with the time set to NOW+1 minute, it works just fine.
I went to call the customer service number and they told me there is no way of fixing it. Instead they told me that they can send a new unit for a $156. I was disappointed . Kohls is even selling it for $99.
I got the classic Brew to work by unplugging the unit waiting for a few minutes and then plugging it back in while pressing the button at the same time.
I think it is a design floor, I believe it is not sealed properly and water leaks in and reeks havoc with the controls
