Chosen Solution
I plugged my sandisk into my laptop to charge and it is not charging Update (01/16/2017) I have no answer it has been on laptop for 48 hours
Mary, Try a different port and or cord on computer or if you have external charger try that. Also look inside devices charge port for any dust debri, contact damage(blow out dust if any with a can of compressed air. Good luck.
