I have recently purchased this Samsung laptop and been having heating problems. When I am in certain areas such as my bed, sofa, etc, my laptop begins to overheat. How might I solve this problem?
You may be using your computer on a surface that generates heat; try elevating your device or using a laptop mat. Also, use the computer on surfaces that would not cause overheating such as a tabletop or desk. Further troubleshooting information can be found here.
