One day I ended up checking the listen to on this device option in setting and it immediately started making a high pitch constant screech from the speakers I shut it off because it wouldnt stop but when I try to turn it on again the noise starts back up and it wont boot it just remains a black screen with the loading signal where the pointer is. It wont go past that or stop screeching. Please help I have no idea what I can do.
When receiving the black screen, the Windows shell has been corrupted, damaged or permissions changed, and the system cannot load. The issue can also be caused by a corrupted video graphics driver. If this is a software issue, it can be fixed without any major changes. If you can’t log in Windows because of the black screen, you must boot your Windows into Safe Mode first. If the problem does not happen in Safe Mode, then you will know that default settings and basic device drivers are not causing the issue.
