My computer keeps on showing the start up screen and not allowing me to do anything else on the computer
Are you getting the message, “Operating system not found”? I was having the same problem and fixed by changing the BIOS from legacy mode to UEFI. Alternatively, you can reinstall Windows on it and that should fix the issue.
