Computer was unable to start. Startup repair couldn’t fix.
Thanks for your response. I ended up using a recovery program on the hard drive (pushed alt and F10 on startup). It did a factory reset but saved my data. I still have to reload MS Office, but fortunately I have the disk. Apparently something got corrupted.
