Why Is My Console Keep Telling Me Unrecognized Disc How Would I Fix I Xbox 360

Ok so my 360 keeps saying uhh recognized discs every time n sometimes tells me to open tray how do i fix that it didn’t use to do that. It did sit for awhile. Is there a way to fix it?

Most likely the laser lens inside the CD tray has collected dust. Clean with a qtip and alcohol!
