Chosen Solution
My Xbox turns itself off after about 2 minutes of being on. I’ve tried a new power block and have also tried using the Xbox without an extension lead (plugging it straight into a wall socket) I bought a new Xbox 360 S thinking my Xbox had just had it but this has the same problem which doesn’t make a lot of sense. Any help or ideas as to why this is happening would be appreciated
I hope you keep our console properly ventilated i had same issue once as i was keeping the console in a tight shut rack, and it used to switch off due to heating up …. try also to check if u have clogged dust near heat sink…hope this solves your problem…
My xbox 360 AND xbox one are now both doing this, they both started after i started chsrging my phone off it through usb. If you have had any usb leads for anything id recomend removing them, it may have blown the power boxes or summut. Both of the xboxes when turned on violently vibrate also
