Recently, which is a little over a month ago, I have bought a new controller for my PS4. It was working great when out of the blue it randomly stopped charging. When I say charging I mean that it doesn’t charge in the PS4 nor a wall outlet like it could before. I also switched different cords and it still doesnt charge. Can anyone offer any help/guidance?

Hi, Have you checked if the Micro-USB port isn’t broken? If you bought it as new, you should be able to return is as it is under warranty.

Like what @gotowiec27 said, if you bought new, you should be able to warranty the controller. Otherwise if you want to tackle the troubleshooting yourself, try getting some contact cleaner first. Squirt a little into the charging port and insert the charging cable a couple times to work in the cleaner. Sometimes a little gunk or buildup can disrupt the connection.
