I have a Lenovo laptop (Ideapad). It’s built-in keyboard became faulty, something like some keys are permanently jammed. Now my external keyboard (Rapoo/cordless) is very slow. It was working fine. I tried all the keyboard combinations via “Ease of access” menu and even tried with a new keyboard. I need help.
Can you try updating the driver to your external keyboard and let me know? Possibly you may need to change the batteries and try changing USB ports for the wireless connection
