My original ps4 disc drive broke I looked up everything I could do but nothing work I recently just bought a new replacement it worked but the eject button didn’t work so I swapped the logic board and put the original back on then the disc drive stopped working so I put back the logic board it came with but when I went to power it on the power button and eject button both did not work and the disc drive still did not work what do I do
so check the ribbon cables and make sure that they are not damaged at all because they are extremely easy to break. also you want to fix the disc drive before the eject button because you can eject, power on, and power off all from the ps4 menu. so worry about that disc drive and compare pictures of your drive with others too make sure its not a misplaced piece or something and check the ribbon cables for the daughter boards and the optical drive to
