The phone fell from my hand. The battery got out. When I replaced the battery and turned it on the screen is black and touchscreen doesn’t work. The display didn’t get crack. Clicking the volume button I get soud also double clicking home button Samsung voice is activated. The exterior of the phone is not damages anyway.
Sound like the display cable might have come loose inside the phone, as you can see here in step 13, pic 2, the display cable is on the left hand side, if you don’t feel confidant enough to disassemble the phone a push it back in, you could try to squeeze the phone and push it back into place that way. Let me know if this fixes your issue.
