It starts but won’t take off? It just flips over on the wheels and by itself it just dosent go up?
The proppellers are mounted in the wrong order. Switch left and right propellers front and back. Had the same problem. The drone was pushing down instead of moving up http://blog.parrot.com/2014/07/24/how-to…
Two propellers angle up and two angle down. Align then in a cross cross pattern so: front left angle up - front right angle down back left angle down - back right angle up
Keep switching the propellers and trying it until you get the correct order
I have the same issue But I figured it out one of your PROPELLERS might be WEAKER than the other ones allowing it to be UN-EVEN. For mines that’s what it is but I might need to buy new propellers if you can do that

I had the same problem. I had to put the propellers on again after a crash and I just installed them on the wrong motor. Once in the right position it works like it’s supposed to. Good Luck!
Check the direction of the props. They might have gotten reversed and the 2 same angle props go diagonally to each other
if you press the takeoff button then try lifting up it should work
