I have a Maytag drying center with an upper and lower drying chambers. The light in the lower portion is not coming on and I’m not getting heat above or below. I took the light bulb out and it doesn’t look like the element is broken. Does this model have fuses or do I possibly have a bad bulb and heating element?
@macsbabygirl71 double check the power going to your dryer. It should be 240V. If not then check your fuses/breakers in your panel. No, the dryer will most likely not have fuses. We will need to know the exact model so as to provide you with more repair options.
