My dualshock controller wont turn on after ixwas watching netflix and it said the show i was watching wasnt working. I didnt have my controller on at the time.so when i turned it on, its blue light kept blinking and the controller wouldnt turn on. So i thought it needed to be charged but it still dis nothing. So i asked a friend and he told me to put a pin in the small hole on the back of the controller. But that still didnt work.
When you tried resetting the controller by pressing the hidden button in the pin hole, was the console off? It is best to turn off the PS4 and try to hold down the button in the pin hole for just a few seconds - 5 seconds will do.
