My TV is a Bush LED with a built in DVD player and I’ve had it for only a week. I got rid of my old Sony TV because of this very problem. After a few consecutive plays of the same DVD, it would not load or play unless I ejected it, put in a different movie (to reset any ‘play from last memory’ only to lead me to a black screen) and then put back in the original disc! Now my brand new tv (that’s a totally different make and model!) has done the same thing! Is a a problem with the disc? I don’t see how two different TV’s (one brand new) can have the same issue?
Hi @mrose28 , Have you tried cleaning the disc with a lint free soft cloth to see if this resolves the problem? Try another DVD disc and check if the same problem occurs. If it doesn’t happen with another disc, then it is the disc. that is the cause of the problem
