Chosen Solution
My ear phone jack on my samsung galaxy J7 prime does not support any working earphone as it tends to fall out and does not stay. Also the loose connection accidently plays the next track opens google assistant and does not let me use the earphone button. I also cant use the mic do to this loose connectivity Any Suggestions ???
Stephen Netto sounds like a bad headphone jack. Here is how to replace it. Parts are available but we would need to know the exact Model No. something like SM-G610 etc.
