Hi, I had a broken screen on my iPhone X and i ordered the screen replacement and i received it. I fixed the new screen correctly as it needs to be done, after i finished i turned on everything is working perfectly except the “Ear Speaker”. I am not able to use the phone at my ear to make any calls either i have to use loud speaker or a headphone to make calls. Can you please help me on what might have went wrong? One thing i observed is that the screen replacement which i received had a small problem at the place where the ear speaker which is removed from old screen is connected. I see that some small plastic outline where the ear speaker goes in is moving as if it is broken, but i thought it is just plastic outline and i put the speaker in the box area and closed it.
Have you try to reseat the connectors, maybe this will help, also look if the flex cable isn’t damage/torn.
