My refrigerator model is GE Profile side-by -side PS123SGPA BS. Digital temperature panel in refrigerator section has a freezer temperature reading that hovers in 24°-26° range. Noticed it was warm few days ago. Any idea what I should check or will this require a technician before buying a new fridge?
@ajultaylor since we do not know yet what temperature your fresh food section is, follow the flowchart for whatever condition applies to your fridge. At this point I would think that the error is related to the main freezer thermistor, the damper or the control board. Let us know what you find out so we can further assist you.
