Suddenly lost cooling

  1. Is it still plugged in and switched on?
  2. If yes, can you hear motor running?
  3. If yes, does it ever stop? Supposed to stop when set temperature is reached If runs continuously most likely a loss of refrigerant (gas) If a chest feezer, probably beyond reasonable repair (gas leak too difficult to locate and epair If an upright frost free freezer call the refrigerator tradesman, possible to repair 4 if motor never runs call tradesman, may be a simple elec fault
