I have replaced my gameboy with new batteries after seeing there was a red light showing with the old ones. Once I did this the gameboy is now not turning on at all. I also have got a Gamester power pack and my gameboy won’t charge on that. When I plug the gamester into the socket the green light is on but the red light isn’t coming on. Can someone please help me ?
Is there acid corrosion inside the battery slots? The best way to remove alkaline leakage from the device is to neutralize by carefully dabbing with a few drops of a mild acid like white vinegar or lemon juice on a cotton swab or an old toothbrush to clean it off.
