My Hard disc ; Toshiba External 3.0 USB gives an error each time i want to watch a movie on my samsung television ;it says; Portable device disconnected. Device Name:External USB 3.0 What could be the problem i have another hard disc seagate type it doesn’t show any error when i connect it to my samsung television am able to watch movies

Hey bud, maybe the drives are formatted differently? Do you know what format they both are?
