Chosen Solution
After two drops the unit functions and tunes on but every two seconds the screen resets - almost like it is cycling. You can see through the headset but cannot control it as it keeps freezing and resetting.
It may be necessary to open up the quest 2 and see if any parts are broken or missing. Without any other info this is all the help i can give you. Good luck!
