Brand new Monster HDTV Headset kit and the headset I can’t seem to get charged or paired. I plug it in , the red light comes on that shows its charging but shuts off after about 10 seconds.
Hi Some new headsets need to be in charge for up to 5hours to “wake up” the brand new battery’s inside of them Iv replaced phone battery’s and had the same issues and charging them fixed it If you are still having a issue I would claim them under warranty as it’s the safest and cheapest way to resolve the issue Hopefully this answers your question Thanks:-)
