My iPhone 5S touch id was suddenly not working and i forgot my passcode and so i restoring my iPhone and after the restore is done i can’t activate my iPhone it says “Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached. Try connecting your iPhone to iTunes to activate it,” so i tried to activate my iPhone iTunes and the notification popped out saying that “The iPhone could not be activated because the activation information could not be obtained from the device. Disconnect your iPhone, make sure the SIM card is inserted correctly.” even though my the SIM card was inserted from the beginning. I was tried restoring many times but it still failed with the same notification. And my last try was contacting the Apple and they said probably it’s the hardware problem. Please help me if anyone know what is the problem. Thanks before.

Make sure iTunes is up to date. … Once iTunes detects your iPhone, it should ask you to go through a few steps to activate your iPhone. If that doesn’t happen automatically, select your device from the left hand pane and you should see the option to Activate your iPhone Your phone might be SIM locked. When you bought the phone and put a SIM card in was it the same carrier as the one you have put in now? The first time you see this error, it’s better to wait. The chances are that the servers at Apple are truly busy or buggy which means the activation stuff isn’t going through. You should wait for a few minutes before trying again.
