my iPhone 5s is new and whenever I try to add my fingerprint it says failed try again. I restarted it , restarted srttings, took it to apple, still nothing. any help?
Hardware damage. Only apple can fix. It is not possible for Apple to not fix for you, are you sure you went to a real Apple service provider?
