why my iphone 6 cpu get hot and it does not power on after changing nand flash and eeprom. that phone is icloud lock bt i orderd the baseband +nandflash+ eeprom i sucsessfully changed nand epprom and baseband bt after that i power on the phone the cpu gets hot like !&&* please help me out…
The solder expanded under the underfill and created a short. You will need to replace the CPU now too. @refectio can probably explain it a lot better than I can lol
