After changing the screen on the iPhone 6, the area around my ear gets quite warm during calls & it appears to be using the battery quicker as a result.
Do you still have the original screen to throw back on and test?
its your camera cable. I had the same thing when i replaced the iphone 6 screen. I replaced the camera cable and it was all sorted.
