My iphone is not working when i was my iphone making this white noise like bery high when i take a video on snapchat and instagram and more apps? I just got the iphone 6s yesterday!
Hey Cindy! Could be a couple things. Take a video outside of the apps with your front camera and see if the noise is there. Likely culprit is the top microphone, which is an easy fix. If the phone is refurbished, or sold by a third party it’s easy to miss that during testing. it COULD also be software related. Unlikely, but you can try a quick update and see if that changes anything.
The phone I had was a refurbished phone from AT&T. I spoke with them on the phone and was able to get a replacement phone that did not have this failure. Restarting the phone and erasing the application and redownloading did not solve the problem. It was the phone itself.
You try it for me once, uninstall those apps and install them anew.
its the dirty mic. i have an iphone 7 and it has little holes at the bottom that receive the sound. get a needle or a thumbtack and scrape the moist dirt thats stuck in there. i did that and it started working like magic
This might be due to some dust or sensor. If the problem remains then download gbwhatsapp apk and install it on your iphone.
