So i wake up this morning and i dropped my iphone 7 from the bed, i went back to sleep and when i wake up my phone was on 1%,I tried charging it but it shows 3% or 5% and it restart itself every few minutes and the apple logo appears 2 times and it shows again 1%,the battery health shows “the iphone is unable to determine battery health”, it was 84% before this happened.I tried to charge it after that and it go to 100% directly before to restart and when it restart it’s again 1%. i changed my screen 2 months ago.

Hmm if you changed your screen, did you replace the plate over the battery? Open it up and disconnect and reconnect it. Maybe it just jostled apart during the fall. Try that, and let me know how it goes :)

Such problem accedentily happen by the following region.Actually that is related to SWI Line problem. 1- Battery must have problem. 2-Battery connector 3- Loose contact of battery to battery connector SWI line. Battery have 3 pins, one is +ve,-ve & SWI. On that cases if the problem still same after doing this you have to follow this process but remember need micro-soldering skills.
