Well my brother was playing a dirtbike game and he said that the screen sudinly turned white and i tried to turn it off and it will not turn off
I recommend following the 5 R’s. If this does not work, then, it is a hardware problem.

He may have dropped it and didn’t tell anyone because he doesn’t want to get in trouble. I would suggest taking it to the apple store and have them look at it, It could have a cracked LCD panel leading to mix of color on the screen, resulting in no image at all.
