Chosen Solution
My keurig platinum has been overbrewing using most of the water I filled my reservoir with - I thought maybe I forget I already brewed my cup and did it again overflowing by a ton of water - which really, in fact it was overbrewing-. Until I get this resolved , I am not able to use it , any help would be greatly appreciated!
Check the water pump. It seems these are engineered to fail. Ebay sells these water pumps.
