My dad’s computer is stuck in the login screen and wont stop typing a’s by itself, the keyboard itself isn’t working and the only thing that works is the bluetooth mouse.
@enriquegaray98 download this manual Even so it is a slightly different model it should be pretty identical to yours. Check to see if you can get to the keyboard itself. Since it does not react at all it stands to reason that it has failed and you may have to repalce it.
His keyboard ribbon cable could be caught and making it ‘ghost’ type for you. Take it to a local repair shop and they should help you.
