My kindle is fully charged. the screen comes on but it does not respond to open but when it does then it skips to own selection of book or page and then cant close like the screen has gone crazy I am based in South Africa
Does the screen have any cracks? Try a soft reset. Hold power button down for 20 seconds then switch it back on. Also try cleaning the screen
there are a lot of resolutions to a lot of problems on youtube.com and they have videos if you have to open it up to clean it.
