My Kinect device used to follow my body as I moved around the room. Recently, however, it stopped turning and following me. I can’t manually move it either, it seems to be stuck. Is there a way to fix this?
If your Kinect doesn’t recognize your movements, try activating the ‘Kinect On’ setting found through the ‘Menu’, ‘Settings’, and ‘Kinect’ menus. You could also try adjusting the sensor angle or cleaning the camera lens. For more information, look at the troubleshooting guide.
