George Robinson this can be an AC adapter issue. Check the barrel connector to ensure that your power supply shows 19V. If so then it is possible that our DC-in jack is not working. You’ll have to take your Acer apart and check the jack to ensure it is still properly attached. Finally you need to consider replacing the battery since it may no longer take a charge.
