I have macbook pro mid 2010 If i open it for like 1 hour its degree comes over 80° , i really need a solution , not an application i need hardware solution Thank you
Open your macbook. Clean booth fans and renew the thermal compound from cpu and gpu. Before applying new thermal compound clean both chips and the heat sink with alcohol or isopropanol. And don´t touch the surface of the chips and the heatsink with your fingers after the cleaning.
