Hello, Im going to describe as best as I can the problem in detail. First of all, I bought this laptop with this problem and theres no warranty anymore. first i noticed problem when I played some online games. There would be some latency problems that lasted around one minute and the delay was somewhere between 1-2 seconds or it would disconnect from wifi. During those lag spikes there would be some other issues like clock jumping back and forth when clock is not set on auto sync, weird quick audio jitters. Tried replacing secondary hdd with ssd and leaving one ram stick instead of two but the problem still persists. tried diagnostic tools, nothing unusual except there was something strange with motherboards clock speed or something like that. Im at my wits end, I need help fixing this problem. Update (01/13/2022) thank you all for your answers. I fixed my PC. turns out internet problems were caused by faulty Windows installation. Now I have to fix thermal problems. laptop keeps getting stuck on 72C and keeps undervolting to keep cool. But isnt that temp a bit too low? was expecting for it to be stuck on 80 C. bought good thermal paste to try to fix this and turned off turbo boost. Any other advice could be helpful:)
Does this happen: on a specific website/URL? with only one game? with other software apps? If a specific URL, it might have something to do with a Y2k22 bug on the server = which U can’t do anything about. If it happens anytime, it might be a bad CMOS battery, or worse, a defective part on the MB.
