Chosen Solution
I have Asus A541U nd its about lil over 2 yrs old (missed my warrenty date), I experienced this problem ist time and thought of posting it as early as possible. It shutted off randomly while while i was watching Pokemon nd Then i started it normally nd since then (about half an hour) it is going good. Since this is not normal, i surfed the internet nd found ppl havealready been experiencing this issue with this brand nd had similar kinda symptoms. So plz answer the fix , if anyone has dealt with this issue, can’t buy a new one ? thnks
@fahadbaba intermittent shutdowns are one of the hardest issues to troubleshoot. Commonly it is issues like overheating. If it happens more often and happens during times when the processor is working hard (like watching videos’, playing games etc.) this is more likely the issue. If so, you want to make sure that the air vent are all clear and clean. After that you can always check the fan and think about replacing the thermal paste on your heatsink. Also check your settings and drivers of the OS just to make sure there are no conflicts.
