It’s a 2017 model exceptional condition like new yet when you turn it on the pivot black and flickering. You can hear perfect and remote works and you can make out the pic but it’s fluckering.
@amayss first start off by unplugging every input sources and unplug the TV. Than hold the power button down for 30-60 sec. Next plug the TV in and connect only one video source. Best would be a local source like a DVD or Game console. then turn your set on. See if that resolved the flickering. If it has not then there is the possibility that this is caused by either a bad backlight array or a bad main/power board. If you can post some pictures of the boards (remove the back from your TV) we may identify any abnormality etc. and also post a short video showing the flickering itself.
